Technology specification


1. VCD frame profiles Line is designed according to 1.5mm thickness material.

2. The VCD damper frame profile production line is consisted of de-coiler (manual), leveler, hoop, hydraulic press (with 3 sets punching moulds and servo motor control feeder), roll form machine, hydraulic cutter, run-out table, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc.
3. The line is driven by gears and chain. The whole line is controlled by PLC, cut to length automatically.
