• A and B material blending motor 2PCS, each one with 0.55KW;
• A+B material blending motor 1PC, with 0.75KW
• PU Foaming Finish Foil Paper Feeding Support: paper cutted by electric heating wire;
• Control system:control speed,tempearture,hydraulic&pneumatic operation and foaming flow;
• Double belt conveyor system: with motor 7.5KW;
• Double belt conveyor heating system: 24 groups of fluorescent lamp for heating(controlled by temperature controller);
• Air compressor: with 7.5kw motor,
• discharge air pressure: 0.7Mpa 7KG/CM2), 0.9M3/Min;
• Finished product Bandsaw Cutting System: no-stop cutting, gripping by pneumatic device,with 2.2KW cutting motor and 0.75KW feeding motor.
