The Fire Damper Roll Forming Machine is a special production line equipment specially designed for fire-fighting and smoke-exhausting manufacturers. The fire damper is installed on the ventilation and air conditioning system piping with fire protection requirements (to prevent the fire from spreading along the air duct). Its functions include: the temperature fuse is blown at 70℃ to close the valve; the output valve is closed, and the ventilation and air conditioning system is stopped. ; stepless adjustment of air volume.
The Fire Smoke Vane Damper produced by the Fire Smoke Vane Damper Roll Forming Machine is installed on the exhaust system pipe (located on the pipe at the suction port of the exhaust fan), and in addition to the function of the exhaust valve, it has a fuse when the exhaust gas temperature exceeds 280℃, so that The valve is closed and the smoke exhauster is shut down at the same time.

Application Pictures
The fire damper is a temperature control of the memory melting alloy, which is closed by the action of gravity and the action of the spring mechanism. In the new products, the memory alloy is used to deform the valve to close the valve.
Fire dampers are passive fire protection products used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) ducts to prevent the spread of fire inside the ductwork through fire-resistance rated walls and floors. Fire/smoke dampers are similar to fire dampers in fire resistance rating, and also prevent the spread of smoke inside the ducts. 1. Q: What's the warranty period? (24hours online)
12 months warranty period, starting from the date of the successful installation and commissioning of the equipment at the Buyer’s Installation site. During which all parts damaged because of quality problem will be changed for free.
2. Q: Do you have installation and commissioning service
A.If buyers come to our factory to inspect, the training to install and operate is provided face to face. If not, manual and video is provided to show how to install and operate.
B. If buyer need we will send technician to buyer site to do installation and commissioning and training.
C.installation and commissioning cost: One engineer will visit Buyer’s workshop for installing, commission and training. The buyer has to pay USD100/per day and visa fee, air tickets fee, accommodation and food, necessary communication, etc.
