Stainless Steel Welded Pipe
Stainless steel welded pipe is a steel pipe made of steel after being crimped and formed by a unit and a mold.
Stainless steel welded pipe is divided into straight seam welded pipe and spiral welded pipe.
The production process of welded steel pipes is simple, the production efficiency is high, and there are many varieties and specifications.

Stainless steel pipes can be classified into round pipes and special-shaped pipes according to the outer diameter of the steel
pipes, and round steel pipes are widely used. But there are also some square, rectangular, semicircular, hexagonal, equilateral
triangle, octagonal and other special-shaped steel pipes.
The outer diameter of the stainless steel pipe currently produced is 0.1-4500mm, and the wall thickness is 0.01-250mm

Manufacturing process of stainless steel seamless pipe
1. Hot rolling (extruded seamless steel pipe): round tube billet → heating → piercing → three-roll cross rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → stripping → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → straightening → hydraulic test (or flaw detection) → marking → warehousing
2. Cold drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipe: round tube blank→heating→perforation→heading→annealing→pickling→oiling (copper plating)→multi-pass cold drawing (cold rolling)→blank tube→heat treatment→straightening → Hydrostatic test (flaw detection) → Marking → Storage.
