Laser Welded Cold Bending Machine Step Beam Medium Duty Continuously Produced
The existing step beam(step beam roll forming machine) structure consists of a beam body enclosed by steel plates with a p-shaped cross-section(step beam bending machine), and the two ends of the steel plates are provided with flanges.
In this way, during the production process, after the beam is bent, the seam between the two flaps needs to be spot welded in order to complete the production of the product, requiring the use of a variety of equipment, which not only has a low production efficiency but also a complex production process.
In large warehouses(warehouse system roll forming machine), in order to improve the utilisation of space, it is often necessary to use heavy-duty shelving(heavy-duty shelf system roll forming machine). Currently, the existing heavy-duty shelving, its structure mainly consists of layer plates, columns, p-beams and inclined support structures. Step beams(step beam roll forming machine) are mainly used to support the layer plates, when the installation is completed, the layer plates are placed onto the step beams(step beam rollformer) and the layer plates can be installed onto the shelves.
Flow chart:
Manual decoiler--Guiding--Leveling--Hydraulic punch--Roll forming machine--Welding--Hydraulic cut--Out table
This step beam production line uses wall plate construction, chain drive and is therefore more economical. The line retains the automatic traverse section so the customer can still produce multiple sizes of step beams. The complete line includes all components from uncoiling, forming, welding, shearing and discharge tables. No further economic investment is required by the customer at a later stage. We give a 2-year warranty on the whole machine and a 5-year warranty on the motor, forming rollers and shafts. In addition, we offer multi-language touchscreens for use in small language countries, such as Spanish and Russian. With the COVID epidemic, many companies are starting to buy their own equipment to produce profiles so that they can better control costs and maximise profits, and shelving roll forming machine is a good investment.
Welding explaination:
There are two types of P-beam welding, a non-continuous spot weld and a continuous full weld. Both of these are more commonly used. When a customer requires a production speed of 10-15 metres per minute, we use a laser welding machine. At this point the forming machine must be non-stop and therefore the tracking shear is also used in the configuration.
