A kind of storage shelf's one-piece closed clamping beam(box beam roll forming machine), the clamping beam(box beam rollformer) is cold-formed and rolled from steel coils to form a closed cavity structure with nineteen folding surfaces, the cross-section of the clamping beam(box beam bending machine) is similar to a rectangle, symmetrical along the centre line on the left and right sides, the top of the clamping beam is steel sheets overlapping each other, the side walls on both sides of the top are provided with a triangular groove, the side walls above the triangular groove and the top wall are double overlapping structures, the two sides of the clamping beam A trapezoidal groove is provided in the middle of the side wall on both sides of the clamping beam. The advantage of the utility model is that the cold rolling technology is used to process the steel coils, the bearing surface of the clamping beam is distributed on the double overlapping structure of the clamping beam, the two sides are the supporting surface, the triangular groove and the trapezoidal groove on both sides of the clamping beam play the role of reinforcing bars. The triangular grooves and trapezoidal grooves on both sides of the beam act as reinforcement bars.
Both the forming machine and the seaming machine are equipped with two 0.75kw height motors and a 1.5kw width motor, so that any size of box beam can be produced, and production can be started by entering the required width and height and the cut length on the touch screen. In the forming body part we have adopted a more robust and durable structure: gearbox drive with cast iron stands. The gearbox drive and tracking shear can be used to cut lengths to an accuracy of ±0.5mm/m. We therefore recommend the use of this machine if the customer has strict requirements for length accuracy.
