The pressure gauge checker is also called the pressure gauge calibrator or the pressure gauge check pump. The principle of the pressure gauge checker is to increase the pressure of the piston rod to achieve the purpose of pressurization. The pressure gauge checker is used to test the pressure source of the general pressure gauge. The test pressure can reach 60MPA, and the test vacuum can reach -0.08MPA. In the laboratory or measuring room, a precision pressure gauge (with a precision of 0.25) is generally used to test the ordinary pressure gauge (with an accuracy of 1.6 or 2.5). The pressure gauge interface is generally M20×1.5 external thread, and the pressure gauge checker interface is M20×1.5 (with M14×1.5)

Installation
1. The verifier should be placed on a workbench that is easy to operate and must be level.
2. The working environment temperature of the verifier is +20±10 °C, and the surrounding air must not contain corrosive gases.
3. The calibrator shall not be subject to vibration; a rubber pad shall be placed on the workbench.
4. Before use, first clean the checker line with gasoline, then fill the pressure medium with the pressure cup. Rotate the handwheel of the hand screw pump to check whether the oil path is smooth; if there is no problem, you can install the precision pressure gauge and the pressure gauge.
Operation
When testing the pressure gauge:
(1) Open the oil cup valve and turn the handwheel left to fill the cylinder of the hand pump with oil.
(2) Close the oil cup valve, open the valve, and then turn the handwheel right to compress the oil so that the oil pressure is applied to the pressure gauge. The inspection can be carried out according to the indication values of the two meters.
When testing the vacuum gauge:
(1) Clear the internal pressure transmitting medium of the checker.
(2) Close the valve, open the oil cup valve, and screw all the hand pump screw into the cylinder.
(3) Close the valve, open the valve, and screw out the hand pump screw to form a vacuum. If the vacuum is not reached once, the valve should be closed again, the valve should be opened, the hand pump screw should be screwed into the end, then the valve should be closed and the valve opened. , screw out the hand pump screw, so repeatedly screw in and spin out several times until the desired vacuum is reached.
It can be used for on-site measuring and laboratory.
