Under normal pressure, pure water starts to boil at 100 C, but under vacuum condition, as vapor pressure in the system is lower than that of material surface, boiling point of water will be lower than 100C. For example, when surface pressure decrease to 0.07Mpa, pure water boil at 70C. So even operate under low temperature condition, such vacuum dryer have strong drying intensity.

1. Most of hot air is circled inside the oven. The hot efficiency is highThe energy source can be saved.

2. Enhanced ventilation is used and it is equipped with adjustable airdivider plate inside the oven. Raw materials can be dried evenly. Thehot sources can be steam, hot water, electricity of far infrared.
