XSG spin flash dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment integrating drying, crushing and screening, especially suitable for drying of filter cake, paste and slurry materials. The drying time of wet materials in the drying tower is only 5-8 seconds, and the water evaporates instantly.


The utility model has the advantages of small floor area, low energy consumption, high thermal efficiency and continuous mass production. The drying host is equipped with a rotary cutting device. The dried materials are crushed, refined and highly dispersed by shearing, rotation, collision and friction, so as to achieve the effect of efficient and rapid evaporation of water.
