Product Features
1. The base of the SWJK reduced rail clamp is welded to the upper flange plate of the steel crane beam by three-sided welding or two-sided side welding. It can ensure that the lateral force of the crane is smoothly and evenly transmitted to the crane beam, and avoid the defect of weakening the flange section caused by a large number of openings on the flange of the crane beam. Therefore, the cross-sectional strength and bearing capacity of the crane beam are effectively improved.
2. The SWJK small rail clamp uses an adjustment plate to adjust the track gauge. The track gauge can be adjusted with a small torque, making the track gauge adjustment simple and reliable. And the track gauge can be fine-tuned, further improving the track installation accuracy.
3. The base of the SWJK rail clamp is connected to the lower end of the T-bolt in a spherical joint. Therefore, under the action of lateral force, the T-bolt remains vertical to the upper cover plate, and deflection is allowed. It can reduce the damage of the lateral impact force of the crane to the track, crane beam and brake system and other structures. Thereby extending the service life of the structure.
4. The bolts and cover plates of the SWJK reduced rail clamp can be freely disassembled and assembled, providing extremely convenient conditions for construction, installation and maintenance.
5. The cover plate of the SWJK rail clamp matches the curvature of the rail section, which can not only clamp the rail tightly, but also does not prevent the rail from sliding slightly in the longitudinal direction.
Quality requirements
When welding the base of the connector and the crane beam, the type of welding rod should be adapted to the material of the connector. The base of the SWJK rail clamp is made of ZG270-500. If the crane beam is made of Q235 and 16Mn steel, E4315 and E5015 are used for welding respectively. Side welds are used for intermediate-duty cranes. Three-sided welds are used for heavy-duty (extra-heavy-duty) cranes.
