Our basic rail pads are made of rubber or plastic and are 4.5 mm to 9 mm thick. Their main purpose is to prolong the service life of the rails and the rail fastening by distributing the load to reduce shocks and vibrations on the rails. Our extra performance rail pads are basically our standard rail pads with customised characteristics. We offer customised rail pads, which includes calculations, testing and producing prototypes for test installation at the customer's site.
Our standard rail pads are made of rubber and are 4.5 mm to 10 mm thick. In addition to the basic rail pad properties, the standard rubber rail pad is usually designed for specific load deflection characteristics, which are certified in specifications such as SNCF IG04045 and DB 918 235.

Our rail pads are with high elasticity, applying to types for rails such as rail UIC54, UIC60, BS80lbs, BS100lbs, and sizes as ordered. The pads can be customized with or without grooves, in various possible designs, depending on customers' requirements.
