Core Function
- Dynamically adjust the body clearance from the ground by charging and releasing air to adapt to different road conditions (such as reducing the stability of the body at high speed, raising the chassis to increase the passability during off-road).
- Automatically adjust the air pressure according to the load, keep the body level, avoid "tail collapse" phenomenon, especially suitable for commercial vehicles and towing scenarios.
- The elastic properties of the air are used to absorb the impact of the road surface, providing a softer filter effect than the traditional spring, and improving the driving comfort.
- In conjunction with the ECU and sensors, the air pressure is adjusted in real time to suit the driving mode (such as sport/comfort mode switching).
Application Field
Air suspension airbags are widely used in luxury cars, SUVs, off-road vehicles, trucks, buses and other types of vehicles, especially in vehicles requiring high comfort, stability or carrying capacity. Many high-end car brands, such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, etc., often use air suspension systems to enhance the driving experience of vehicles.
