Working principle

Air compressor of the auto air suspension is to use the motor to drive the turbine pump blade to rotate, and the air is inhaled and pressurized. The motor drives the turbine pump blade to rotate at high speed, and the air is sucked into the pump body, compressed under the push of the blade, and discharged through the air outlet after reaching the required pressure. And the output pressure of the pump can be controlled by adjusting the motor speed or blade Angle to meet the needs of the automobile air suspension system.

Function

The air pump is mainly to provide a stable pressure source for the air suspension system to ensure the normal operation of the system. Air springs and shock absorbers are constantly replenished with compressed air while the vehicle is running, thus maintaining a constant body height and suspension stiffness. In addition, the pump also has overpressure protection function, when the system pressure is too high, it will automatically stop to protect the system from damage.
