The electric support strut is usually composed of a motor, a transmission mechanism, a piston rod, a sleeve and other components. It is installed between the tailgate and the body of the car, and the transmission mechanism is driven by the motor, which makes the piston rod expand and expand in the sleeve, so as to push the tailgate to open or close.
Performance test:
Opening and closing test: simulate the use scenarios of the tailgate under different working conditions, repeatedly open and close the operation for no less than 1,000 times, monitor whether the running speed and strength of the support rod are stable, whether there is any abnormal noise, and whether the tailgate can stay accurately at the set height. If there is a problem, promptly find out the cause of the fault and rework.
Load test: load the tailgate with the designed maximum load weight, test whether the support rod can support and complete the opening and closing action normally, run continuously for a certain period of time, observe whether the support rod has any signs of deformation or damage, and ensure reliability under extreme working conditions.
