Opening procedure
When the user presses the open switch (such as the switch inside the car, the switch outside the car or the remote control button), the control module receives the signal and starts the motor in the electric lever. The motor runs and pushes the piston rod out through the transmission mechanism, thus driving the tail door to open upward. During the opening process, the position sensor monitors the position of the tail door in real time. When the tail door reaches the fully open position, the control module controls the motor to stop running.
Motor assembly: It is the power source of the electric tailgate support rod. It usually adopts a DC motor, which can convert electrical energy into mechanical energy to provide power for the opening and closing of the tailgate.
Transmission mechanism: It is generally composed of gears, racks, worms, worm wheels, etc. Its function is to convert the rotational motion of the motor into linear motion to promote the extension and retraction of the support rod.
Telescopic rod: It is a direct component to achieve the support and movement of the tailgate. It is usually made of high-strength aluminum alloy or steel. It has good strength and stability and can achieve smooth telescopic movement while bearing the weight of the tailgate.
Sensor: It includes position sensors and pressure sensors. The position sensor is used to detect the telescopic position of the support rod so as to accurately control the opening and closing degree of the tailgate; the pressure sensor is used to detect the resistance of the tailgate during movement to achieve safety functions such as anti-pinch.
Control module: Receives signals from switches in the car, remote control keys, etc., controls the operation of the motor, coordinates the various actions of the electric tailgate support rod, and ensures that it works accurately and safely according to the user's instructions.
