There are three concepts on the heat press machine, namely pressure, temperature and time.
Working mechanism: The heating plate heats up, and with a certain pressure, specific temperature and time, the upper layer of the transfer paper and thermosetting are pasted to the substrate or penetrated into the substrate.
(1) Adopt microcomputer intelligent thermostattime integrated controller, with high accuracy (temperature accuracy up to ±0.5°C);
(2) The heating wire and the heating plate are integrally cast, which is safe, durable and evenly distributed;
(3) The heating plate is plated with Teflon anti-stick coating;
(4) Electronic time control, process completion signal alarm indication;
(5) The pressure can be adjusted at will;
(6) The bottom plate is equipped with high temperature resistant foamed silica gel plate, which can withstand temperature of 350°C without deformation.
