1. Man-machine interface and digital control: easy to operate and good stability;
2. Automatic feeding: the feeding device adopts vacuum suction cup to absorb materials, plus servo motor, synchronous belt and linear track to form the feeding system, so as to achieve accurate and fast feeding.
3. Automatic softening: ceramic electric heating and wind circulation and intelligent PID Temperature Control SCR are adopted to make the temperature spread evenly and accelerate the softening speed of hot melt film.
4. Automatic clamping positioning: imitate artificial emptying device, that is, adopt mechanical pneumatic clamping, automatically clamp the material and bend the arc type and push it onto the mold.
5. Double-cooling quick setting: high-temperature refrigeration system is adopted to quickly cool the upper and lower shaping mold to about-50C, and the two-way pneumatic drive mold is pressed to achieve rapid setting effect.
6. Rapid demoulding: two-way high-pressure air nozzle is adopted to instantly generate 6~8kg air pressure, which makes the hot melt film quickly break away from the mold after setting, and achieve rapid setting effect.
