The bottom plate of the vulcanizer is mostly ordinary carbon steel, and the tire is vulcanized by high-temperature steam. During this process, part of the water condensed penetrates into the surface of the bottom plate, causing the surface of the bottom plate to be partially corroded and uneven. Because the surface of the bottom plate is seriously corroded, the surface of the insulation board cannot be closely matched, and the insulation board is easily damaged under high pressure. The traditional method is mainly to re-machine or replace new equipment after surfacing welding. At present, polymer composite materials can be used for on-site repair. Because the material has excellent adhesion, good corrosion resistance and good compressive strength, it can effectively solve the unevenness caused by the condensed water on the bottom plate of the vulcanizer during the operation of the bottom plate, thereby avoiding the damage of the heat insulation board and providing the user equipment. It provides a good guarantee for normal operation and safe production.
Introduction to the structure of the vulcanizer:
