We have display our product on various website .If you find prefer products, please contact us and send us your requirements. We would do utmost to meet you demand.

3. What’s your MOQ?

There are two kinds of our MOQ. Available product on one set or more, could be delivered. If you want the products customized, it would be able on your order of 100sets or more.

4. What’s your term of payment?

We accept T/T and Western Union. Both of those are available after we reaching the 30% payment should be paid in advance as deposit.

5. What’s your delivery time?

1) The product would be delivered at 15-18 days.
2) The customized one may for a longer time. Depending on your requirement about size, color, logo, etc.

6. What is your guarantee policy?

Return the products with quality defaults which out of order will be accepted. I would like to remind you that customer need to pay the freight charges. It will be convenient if you send us the freight costs during Monday to Saturday so that we can solve your problem ASAP .
Considering the freight charge and delivery time so all defective good is not repairable and exchanged by us.
We will maintain your merchandise well on the loading, therefore ,it won’t be broken easily .

7. How about OEM, ODM, customize and logo print ?

OEM,ODM, customize and your own logo print are allowed in our company. We have three kind of print which are laser print ,etch, screen print .The cost can be negotiated with us.

If you also want to print your own logo on the package, the most important thing is sending us your blueprint of the Logo and the design of the package ,beside, you had better to know that the color print is not for free.

Here I want to give you some conditions of OEM. You should offer us your blueprint and specification in detail. The specification includes material, surface ,measurement, quantity. The payment should be paid in advance as deposit.

8. Will you arrange a visiting to your company?

Sure, our company located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

We work from Monday to Saturday so you can visit our company at those day. There are two airport near here, Shenzhen and Guangzhou baiyun airport .It takes about one and half hour from Guangzhou Airport to Factory . We will appreciate that you can let us know your visiting schedule.

If you want someone to pick you up please let us know in advance and confirm how many people will come.

9. How did you prepare the payment balance of merchandise?

We will offer you the delivery time after 50%-60% goods have been finished. In the course of manufacture, we will send you many item photos so as to find out the discrepancy of the item.

10. Would you mind to provide us some detail of stuffing?

Positively, we are willing to supply you many picture of stuffing and this photograph will show you the seal number, container number ,and display of cargo.
