1. Q:Can you design if I just have an empty store? If yes ,what do you need from us ?

A:Yes,we can give you deisgn free and will advise design ideas for your option. We will need the photos in site of your empty shop and layout which show us the exact size .

2. What is the delivery time?

15~25 days after approval working drawings.Before manufacture ,maybe we need at least one week to discuss and confirm the details.

3. How to install after we receive the display fixtures?

Don't worry about this .If the showcase is KD version ,we will send you installation instruction and video to show you how to install very easily.In general ,you need to ask some guys to put the displays as our layout and one prefessional electrical guy to connect electrical wires.That will be easy.

4. How to control the quality during the production?

First ,we will prepare good materials as your requirements.Than when we confirm the working drawings,our workers will manufacure according to the drawings strictly. We also have a QC team who are very professional to inspect each step before going next step.Only the quality is good and than the workers can move next step.

5. How to make sure our glass showcase are perfect after so long shipping ?

We use international export package standard to protect the showcases.First,we use EPE foam and Bubble film inside ans especially protect the corners.Than we will use 9MM plywood crate outside and 12MM wood frame to fix the box .
