ZST-5565CL is a fully automatic unmanned operation "L" type sealing machine which is widely used in mass production packaging line with high efficiency. Automatic film feeding punching device, manually adjustable film-guide system and feeding conveyor platform make the machine suitable for different width and height items.

Sealing cutter work stable from vertical or up to down. Sealing line is firm. Especial sealing edge design, simple construction, lifter adjusting easy, this can apply to infinite packing. The sealing line is always in the middle of packing products. Lifting speed of sealing blade is adjustable speed, adapting to different heights of product.
Adopt level and vertical photoelectric eye, switch easily. It is fast to do packing for thin and small products. Very easy to finish packing. Adopt most advanced PLC programming, easy operating, which have safety protection and alarm function. Applied to single or combined package for products in different shapes. Adopt rustless steel heat pipe, with feature in quick warming-up, 40% power saving, and automatically constant temperature control. The heated air circulate in heat shrinkable furnace is high efficiency, temperature uniformity, shrinkable effect is nice. Adopt speed-adjustable motor and it is convenient to adjust speed. Thermal cycling motor with overloading protection system will avoid over-heat in local and machine damage.
Industrial heat shrink tunnel machine use heat to shrink film around packages. Shrink tunnel standard sizes range maximum W ≤ 500MM, H ≤ 250MM, with varying lengths and extended heights. Shrink tunnels are often used in conjunction with an L bar sealer or sleeve wrapper, but also stand alone for shrink banding applications. Heat oven shrink tunnels are great for packaging boxes, cartons, creating multi-packs, and pallet loads. Shrink banding seals tamper evident bands on medicine bottles, soup containers, perishables, and in other safety applications.
The shrink tunnel used stainless steel heating elements, which ensures long life span. Shrinking temperature and conveyor speed can adjustable and stable. Conveyor unit has mesh belt type and rod-shaped chain type for your option. Intelligent digital temperature controller can guarantee precise temperature.
