The ZS-450T-CF Automatic Continuous Side Sealer Comes Standard with a 450 mm Long PTFE Coated Cross Sealing Bar, Max. 150 mm Packing Height and a High-Volume Output Up to 60 Pcs/min. This machine has an imported PLC automatic program control, easy operation, safety protection and alarm function that effectively prevents incorrect packaging. It is equipped with an imported horizontal and vertical detection photoelectric, which makes it easy to switch selections. The machine can be connected directly with the production line, no need additional operators.

1. Side blade sealing continuously makes the unlimited length of the product.

2. Side sealing lines can be adjusted to the desired position which based on the product's height in order to achieve excellent sealing results.

3.When the product size varies within the allowable range of equipment, it may be adjusted by the equipment without the need to replace any mould or fixture.
4.In the horizontal or vertical direction, the length of the product can be automatically detected in the two groups of electric eyes. The length of the product is not limited to produce products of different lengths at the same time.
5. It is easy to operate and learn. Five sets of converters are used to control the transmission accurately.
