Product Feature

Fully automatic up and down hot shrinkable film packing machine is new fully automatic hot shrinkable film packing machine. It is a high level of automatic specialization and high working efficiency.

1. Sealing knife uses the aluminum knife with DuPont Teflon which is anti-stick coating & anti-high temperature. So the sealing will not have cracking, coking and smoking with zero pollution.

2. Equipped with imported photoelectric of horizontal and vertical detection for choice to easily finish the sealing of thin and small items.

3. Automatically-feeding: the length can be auto adjusted by the sensor and time relay. Matched the reduction motor makes the waste film automatically rolling.

4. Multiple photoelectric protection detection function, more safe and efficient to use.

5. International famous electrical components, green cutting process, so that the seal straight and neat.

6. The advanced Japanese Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller is easy to operate and has the function of safety protection and alarm.

7. Omni-directional safety protection measures (such as sealing and cutting parts with Plexiglas protective cover, etc.), put an end to man-machine injury accidents.

8. Automatic feeding, length can also be automatically adjusted by the combination of electric eye and timer. Equipped with induction motor, automatic waste winding.
