3. Q: How about the Delivery time?
A: 10-15days after receiving the deposit based on the MOQ. Normally, 30-35days to finish the order for a 20ft

4. Q: How can you guarantee the product quality?
A: We have the quality control system ISO9001:2015, and it's been followed strictly. We also have the professional QC team,and each our package worker will be in charge of the final inspection according to the QC instruction before packing.
5. Q: What is about the payment terms.
A: Basically, the payment terms are T/T, L/C at sight. Western Union, Alipay.
6. Q: Can you do OEM for me?
A: We accept all OEM orders,just contact us and give me your design,we will offer you a reasonable price ASAP.
Purchasing Notes
1. If you knows little but only the volume or area of your warehouse, plant or workshop, like their length, width, height, please make sure that contact us in time. By doing so, our engineers can design the specifications and quantity of the product in your need.
2.If there is no specification parameter that required in the parameter table, please tell us your requirements and we will give you a satisfactory designing scheme.
3.If you have confirmed our products, please place an order and then make payment. After that, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible. Without change in the order before our delivery, we will give you an exquisitely prepared present. In case of refund, we have to charge 10% of the total amount as penalty.
4.If there is any difficulty in transportation, please contact us immediately and we will give you a satisfactory plan to save freight as much as possible.
