It disables the targeted UAV by jamming the UAV's remote-control signal and GPS signal, to force the UAV fall or return. The jamming distance reaches more than 3KM.

When X increase, ICR will be smaller , approach to 1.
For example,
When X is 500m, Y is 1.5KM.
