Product Description


YSGM151708 is a highly integrated, standard package size VCO, using a high cut-off frequency RF transistor as an oscillating tube with high output power and good isolation.
This VCO uses high stability oscillation circuit structure, high precision varactor diode and high output power RF Triode to ensure stable starting waveform and high output power.

The system is supplied by 5V standard voltage, and the tuning voltage can be up to 9V, thus the broadband output can be realized.
