polyimide film is a polyimide film used in conjunction with etched foil circuits to produce very thin flexible heaters. It has excellent dielectric qualities to provide 5000 volts dielectric per 0.001inch (0.025mm) thickness.

polyimide film Heater can be made in any shapes, sizes and wattages. The working volts is from 1V to 240V. According to the different heating requirement, we can design different heating loop. So it has flexible designation.
Because of the light heavy and heating evenly, it is using in many ways, such as Satellites, aerospace equipment, mobile devices.

Polyimide Film heater (polyimide film heater) is available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and wattages, it is a clear amber colored polyimide film. The process for making flexible heating film is similar to that of Etched Foil Silicone heaters. It is a high-temperature flexible heating element with excellent dielectric properties capable of operating environments between -185 degree celsius to 180 degree Celsius. This is very thin, the thickness is about 0.2mm, it is very light, so it is widely used on 3D printer. Pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing surface is standard, but special adhesives or mounting holes can be customized as customer requirement.
