Silicone Moulding Putty For Resin Molds 40 Shore A Temperature Resistant

Introduction of silicone putty:

MC- Silicone PUTTY are new silicone compounds (platinum catalyst) that can be easily mixed and applied by hand to a variety of surfaces. Silicone Putty is mixed in equal amounts (1A:1B) by volume/weight. silicone putty cures at room temperature (73°F/23°C). Shrinkage is low and cured rubber is exceptionally strong (very high tensile strength), durable and will resist high temperatures (for casting low-temperature melt metal alloys).

Features of silicone putty:

-Easy to use, 3 Minute working time, 25 minute cure.

-Ideal for small molds, excellent detail from original.

-Strong, flexible, reusable molds.

-High Heat range, up to 400°F.

-No Shrinkage.

-Self releasing, no mold release agent required for most applications.

-Odorless, Non Toxic. Food Grade.

Application of silicone putty

Silicone Putty is ideal for a wide range of impression type mold applications, including Castin’Craft Clear Casting Resin, EasyCast Clear Casting Epoxy, wax, baking, chocolates, ice cubes, soap, plaster, air dry clay, concrete and low melt metals!

Usage Instruction of silicone mold putty

1. Under the room temperature, take the same amount of base component (blue) and catalyst component (white).

2. Mix the two components together. It is recommended to use the blue spoon to take the base component and white spoon to take catalyst component.

3. Use your fingertips to mix the two components together and knead for at least 30 seconds until they are mixed completely.

4. Close the lid immediately after usage, the cover can not be interchanged.
