We can make compression mold tooling or liquid silicone rubber injection molding ( LSR Molding) and produce different shapes translucent elastomeric silicone rubber sealing valves & Gasket in the 0.1 mm thickness range according to customer's designs drawings, samples or ideas etc.

Pressure Relief Umbrella Valve, also called pressure relief mushroom valve, can be classified by shapes like with or without hook, air controller pressure demands with different thickness diaphragm edges etc, which is mainly used in air control device like medical resuscitators, diving equipments etc. Some medical umbrella valve is also used in liquid & water controller device like diaphragm pump, toilet products, automotive fuel tanks, outlet valves etc.

Notes: Pressure Relief Umbrella valve with hook should be made of high tensile elastic silicone materials by three layer mold plates for avoid hook damage when production.
