CRNGO silicon steel lamination transformer core EI sheet

Silicon steel is mainly smelted by oxygen converter (also can be smelted by electric arc furnace), combined with vacuum treatment of molten steel and AOD technology (see refining outside the furnace, using die casting or continuous casting method. According to different uses, change silicon during smelting (0.5 ～ 4.5%) And aluminum (0.2 ~ 0.5%) content to meet the different magnetic requirements. High-grade silicon steel sheet silicon and aluminum content increased accordingly. Carbon, sulfur and inclusions should be reduced as much as possible.
Cold-rolled silicon steel sheets have better magnetic properties, surface quality, fill factor and punching properties than hot-rolled silicon steel sheets and can be produced in coils, so some countries have stopped producing hot-rolled silicon steel sheets since the 1960s. China uses hot rolling at a low temperature of about 900 ℃ and stack annealing under the protection of hydrogen to manufacture hot rolled silicon steel sheets.
The rolling of silicon steel is divided into two processes of hot rolling and cold rolling. The traditional process of directly using hot rolling to produce silicon steel products has been rarely used. It is mainly produced by two processes of hot rolling and cold rolling, called cold rolled silicon steel products. . According to different products, the cold rolling process is divided into multi-stand rolling and single stand rolling, in which single stand rolling mainly produces oriented silicon steel products.
