silicon steel transformer core processing 35 non-standard EI single - phase 0.5mm wisco spot silicon steel sheet
Processing Properties
The product is suitable for punching and cutting with excellent dimensional tolerance.
Insulation Coating
The insulation coating has small color deviation, good adhesiveness and excellent resistance to heating and corrosion with high insulation coating resistance. There are several types of insulation coating available for production. According to the test results performed by the professional inspection organizations, the contents of hazardous substances comply with all the prevailing international and domestic environment protection laws and regulations including EU RoHS and REACH regulations.
Cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel sheets are hot rolled steel slabs or continuous cast slabs into coils with a thickness of about 2.3 mm. When manufacturing low-silicon products, hot-rolled coils are pickled after cold rolling to a thickness of 0.5 mm. When manufacturing high-silicon products, hot-rolled strips are pickled (or normalized at 800-850 ° C and then pickled), cold-rolled to 0.55 or 0.37mm thick, and annealed at 850 ° C in a continuous furnace of hydrogen-nitrogen mixed atmosphere. It is cold rolled to a thickness of 0.50 or 0.35mm by a small reduction ratio of 6-10%. Cold rolling with this small reduction rate can increase the grain size during annealing and reduce the iron loss. Both cold-rolled sheets are finally annealed in a continuous furnace at 850 ° C in a 20% hydrogen-nitrogen mixed atmosphere, and then coated with an insulating film of phosphate and chromate. The grain-oriented silicon steel generally contains Si3%, which requires a low oxide inclusion content in the steel, and must contain C0.03 ~ 0.05% and inhibitors (second phase dispersed particles or grain boundary segregation elements). The role of the inhibitor is to prevent primary recrystallization grain growth and promote the development of secondary recrystallization, thereby obtaining a high (110) [001] orientation. The inhibitor itself is harmful to magnetism, so after the inhibition is completed, it must be subjected to high temperature purification and annealing. When the second phase inhibitor is used, the heating temperature of the slab must be increased to dissolve the original coarse second phase particles, and then precipitate as fine particles during hot rolling or normalization, so as to enhance the inhibition effect. The thickness of the cold-rolled finished product is 0.28, 0.30 or 0.35mm, and the key points of the process are shown in Table 3. Cold rolled oriented thin silicon steel strip is made of 0.30 or 0.35mm thick oriented silicon steel strip, followed by pickling, cold rolling and annealing
