AgWC material has a good performance in resistance to contact welding and installation, low contact resistance and high arc erosion resistance.

AgWC is very hard and sufficient mechanical strength, druing arcing a protective gas layer of CO is formed which limits the reaction of oxygen on the contact surface and therefore the formation of metal oxides.
