3. Clamping operation

Due to the characternstics of the DD table it can be tuned easiy by hand if power is not being supplied (free run state). The table wilagain be in the ree run state when the servo turns of after the brake is appled,unless aproptiate settngs are made,and ths can cause postioning inaccuracy. Consuit wth the machine manufacture to ensure that the timing is as shown in the timing chart below to prevent a free run state torm occurring
