Description:

The working strength of the jib crane is light. The crane is composed of a column, a slewing arm slewing drive device and an electric hoist. The swing arm I-beam runs in a straight line from left to right, and lifts heavy objects. Maintenance:

For safety and high-altitude work considerations, please specify the maintenance plan of the equipment according to the actual situation, and check it at least every six months or a year according to the following key tips.

1. Bolted connection line, bolted connection of anchor bolts, and bolted connection of end cap with stopper. Bolted connection for arm installation, bolt connection for drive installation.

2. Tight fit and wear of the pin connection on the hoist, trolley/carrying beam of the fitting and wear parts. Slow down and wear of trolley wheel, roller and cantilever bearing motion. Generally, add lithium-based or calcium-based grease once after 6 months of use. Inspection of electrical equipment, including wear of cable sliders, damage to flat cables, etc.

3. Wear of the stopper.

4. The inspection and maintenance of the electric hoist, the inspection and maintenance of the electric hoist should be carried out by the designated personnel, and the electric hoist, the chain and the walking drive device should be checked according to the corresponding regulations.

5. When it is found in the inspection that the damage exceeds the relevant specified value, the parts should be replaced.
