Light Weight European Overhead Travelling Crane FEM/DIN Standard

Description:

European-style cranes are based on European lightweight and modular design concepts and advanced manufacturing processes, making the entire crane compact in structure, stable in operation, reduced in weight, reduced in height, energy-saving and consumption-reduced, greatly reducing users' construction costs for crane operation workshops and cranes Operating costs, improve the overall quality and operating performance of the crane. European cranes will become the development trend of cranes and the mainstream of market demand.

Features:

1. Computer optimized design of box-typed main girder, the full length of web plate is cut and formed through numerical control and its deflection is accurate.

2. Low clearance structure of trolley and reasonable size of hook allowing the crane wide application scope.

3. Arc wheels or flat wheels, anti-friction bearings, honey-typed buffers and anti-derailment devices.

4. Three-in-one motor drive, steeples speed control, hardened reducer, safety disc brake.

5. Good performance, runs smoothly with the steeples speed control

6. Shot blasting grade reaches Sa2.5 after welding and releasing internal stresses to insure the best performance of main girder.

7. Painting epoxy zinc-rich primer, and the thickness of oil film is 140 μm.

Advanced Manufacturing Technology:

1. Sandblast pretreatment on steel plates and the surface quality reaches Sa2.5;

2. CNC cutting machine cuts webs plate to insure the curved surface is smooth and accurate;

3. Seams are soldered by automatic arc welding and detected by ultrasonic and X-ray ;

4. The structure of girder and trolley is manufactured by floor-type boring lathe to insure flatness.
