Description:

Metallurgy Electric Hoist is a perfect ligt-duty metallurgy hoisting equipment that can be mounted on the flange bottom of the single girder crane, as well can be installed under workshop fixed suspending beam to use as monorail system individually. Metallurgy Electric Hoist equipment mainly used for lifting molten metal. Its standard lifting capacity is less than or equal to 10t and lifting height is less than or equal to 20m. The working environment temperature is -10℃~60℃ and relative humidityis less than 50% under the condition of 40℃ temperature.

Metallurgy electric Hoist has many safety device such as double braking, double spacing, and heat insulation shield and so on.

Safety features:

1. Overload protection: If the material is over the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.

2. Emergency brake: If the operation staff encounter some emergency situation, we could start the emergency brake system to protection the related treasure.

3. Control Method: Room control or remote control to avoid any injure to the operator
