Explosion proof hoist bridge crane, referred to as "explosion-proof crane" for short, is a double beam bridge crane with explosion-proof electric hoist as the lifting mechanism, which complies with the provisions of JB/T10219-2001 Explosion proof Beam Crane. It is mature and reliable in technology, simple in structure, small in shape, light in weight, and convenient in installation, use and maintenance. It is applicable to the maintenance, loading and unloading of mechanical workshops, warehouses, stockyards and hydropower stations with medium and light working systems. It is a lifting equipment widely used in China. However, the general explosion-proof bridge crane only has the function of lifting objects, and lacks other functions. It cannot perform multi style work, store and stack objects, cut and spread objects, which reduces the use rate of the crane.

• All crane motors are equipped on the overhead crane with insulation class F and Temperature Rise Class B to provide a longer operational life span
• Electronic overload protection c/w warning horn.

• Two speed control via pole changing for the hoisting motion, inverter control for trolley and bridge motion for smooth and precise operation.
• Thermal protection for pole-changing and 3 PTC thermistors for inverter drive.
• Crane rake with asbestos-free lining which activates automatically in case of power failure.
