Product introduction:

Nucleic Acid Releaser (For PCR) (Extraction free) is a complete test in a single vial.The user would simply add the patient’s sample, and run the test on a validated real-time PCR instrument. It is is a breakthrough in COVID-19 RT-PCR testing. Direct addition of patient sampleswithout any pre-processing or extraction significantly shortens the results turnaround time.
Intended Use :
It is used to release the nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) from biological samples. The treated samples are used for clinical in vitro detection. It is suitable for Novel Coronavirus, influenza virus (common influenza, highly pathogenic avian influenza, influenza a H1N1 virus, etc.), hand foot and mouth virus and other types of viruses.
Attentions:
1. In order to avoid any potential biological hazard in the sample, the test sample should be regarded as infectious material and avoid contact with skin and mucous membrane; the sample operation and treatment should be in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements.
2. This product is for one-time use only. The product shall not be used if it has expired or its packaging is damaged.
3. Samples shall be collected by professionals in accordance with the sampling procedures; samples shall be tested in a laboratory meeting the safety level.
