Applications areas:
Nylon watertight IP68 cable glands M10x1.5~M75x2.0 / PG7~PG48 are made from UL-certified polyamide 6, 94V-2, each item consists of five parts: sealing nut, rubber seals, body, locknut and o-ring (gasket), it comes with normal thread or extralong thread, and it is commonly supplied in black (Ral 9005) or grey (Ral 7035), this orange color (Ral 2004) is customized as per customer's requirements.
It is a kind of waterproof connector which attaches and secures the end of an electrical cable to terminal equipment (distribution box) to provide strain relief to prevent the cable from pull-out and efficiently protect electrical or electronic components inside the equipment against the ingress of dust, water or dirt.
With its outstanding ability in weather resistance, wide clamping range, strong strain relief and high waterproof performance, the cable connectors are widely used in the fields of electrical and electronic technologies, machineries, telecommunications, wireless networking ODUs, power supplies, switches, motors, distribution boxes, solar PV modules, Inverters, lightings, displays, traffics, signals, surveillance cameras, plant engineerings, installations, meters and instruments, etc.
