Bq Nq Hq Pq Wireline Helical Type Reaming Shells With Long Service Life
Production Description:
Sinocoredrill's stabilized long life reaming shells are engineered to last longer and provide vibration free operation for increased core recovery and increased bit life. Our premium and platinum reaming shells are excellent for mineral core drilling projects that require an extra-long life reaming shell.
We use the best premium diamonds on the leading edge of the shell, which increases penetration rate and enables the shell to cut more freely.
Cut and Grind Tools manufacture reamers in all sizes; we manufacture reamers using top quality diamond and metal powders to achieve the best results. We manufacture (Ring type) spiral reamers as well as slug set diamond reamers, in these we use diamond ribbed slugs (38mm x 9mm) these slugs can be increased in quantity on larger diameter reamers to give better results. These diamond slugs are also used to make up wedging barrels and stabilizers and can be fitted into special application reaming tools for down hole reaming or opening.
Size:
Sinocoredrill reaming shells are available in all standard drilling sizes(BQ,NQ,PQ,HQ) as well as a number of region-specific sizes.
Our diamond bits and reaming shells are designed to be compatible with all standard core barrels from other suppliers.
The Sinocoredrill reaming shell is the benchmark for knowledgeable drillers where quality and reliability are valued above initial cost. Drilling is made easy and more manageable with this reaming shell. The importance of the reaming shell in maintaining hole direction and gauge cannot be underestimated. At every bit change, the new bit is expected to reach the bottom of the hole without interference. As the shell typically lasts the life of several bits, the selection of the best available reaming shell is an investment in productivity and overall cost of the project.
To select the right bit for the job, assess the speed and power of your drill for the size and depths of the holes to be drilled and assess ground conditions such as rock type/formation and down-hole conditions.
