It can automatically capture data from ICAO compliant and Non-ICAO travel documents, including passport, epassport, visa, Residence Permit, ID card and driver license. In a single operation, the scanner captures the OCR-B code lines from all Machine Readable Travel Documents which confirm with the International standard specified by ICAO Document 9303. This covers Machine Readable Passports(MRP), Visas(MRV) and OCR-B encoded cards such as various national ID cards.

MRZ(machine readable zone) encrypts the basic ID info of ID holder, such as name, ID number, gender, nationality, birthday... Instead of manually fill in the registration form, ePassport Scanner could extract all data within 1 second and automatically fill the registration form. Passport Scanner provides an ideal solution for fast identity registration. It is also an ideal choice for self-service machine used by public sector.
