Stainless Steel 316L Water Filter Cartridge With Style Pleated Filter Element
The high-pressure conditions in the nuclear industry, for instance, require filters made of super alloys - while the water treatment sector generally deals with much lower pressures and often utilises unsupported mesh filters.
To serve such a variety of industries, a customised manufacturing capability is clearly essential: manufactured to specific customer requirements, each of our filters is carefully designed to address a specific filtration challenge.

Stainless Steel Pleated Filter element has high-pressure, high temperature and chemical corrosion resistance. It also has good air permeability, high dirt holding capacity and long-life service time, and can be in repeat use by back wash, is the ideal filter element for petroleum, chemical and synthetic fiber industries.
Shenzhou City JUMAO Products Co.,ltd demonstrates a significantly low pressure drop, high permeability and excellent dirt holding capacity. Moreover, sintered metal fibre may be pleated to increase the available filtration area of a pleated filter element, thereby further increasing dirt holding capacity and so minimising maintenance and maximising on-stream processing.
With the feasibility to formulate metal fibres to meet specific application requirements combined with inherent durability, sintered metal pleated filter elements can be cleaned in-situ without interrupting process flow thereby providing the ultimate in process economics by reducing downtime to a minimum. Available alloys include 316L stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy and Monel. A list of grades and specifications are available on customers’ request.
