Industrial Pleated Filter Element , SS Sintered Cartridge For Air Separation

Stainless steel pleated filter elements/cartridges can be processed with Two Kinds of Filter Media options: Stainless Steel Micron Woven Wire Mesh Cloth or Sintered SS Fiber Web. Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Pleated Filter Elements mainly serve in filtration of high molecular polymer in the field of medicament, foodstuff, petroleum, chemical industry and electron; the filtration of the hydraulic oil and the disposal of water. The stainless steel pleated filter elements offer extended filtration area and high dirt control capacities. Coarse woven wire mesh layers are pleated with the filter media layer together to form the pleating. Then welded together.Stainless steel pleated filter elements are easy to clean, economical and have a high service life. They can be backwashed or cleaned with compressed air.

The stainless steel pleated filter elements are mainly used because of their high temperature ratings. They are used to remove suspended solids, sand, abrasive- or particularly aggressive sediments from water. They are suited for residential and industrial use cases.
