Water Filter Cartridge Sintered Filter Elements Formed With Metal Sintered Mesh
Our customers can avail from us an innovative printing solution as Multilayer Sintered Filter elements. Sintering is a process in which an enhanced woven wire cloth depends upon a molecular diffusion-bonding. This laminates the multiple layers of wire cloth and creates a diverse and highly useful class of permeable material, which is also termed as Multi-layer Sintered Wire Mesh/ Filter Media. These discs find their application in different applications.
We offer two standard kinds of sintered filter elements to our clients such as Poremet, which determines the filtration of highly viscous fluids with Agitated / Non-Agitated Nutsch Filters & Dryers (ANFD), pressure filtration and centrifuges. Moreover, we also offer Absolta, which is widely used in liquid and gas filtration in order to attain optimum flow and backwash capabilities with the Agitated / Non-Agitated Nutsch Filters & Dryers.
Applications of sintered filter elements:
● Filtration in Chemical Processing: Removal of precious metal catalyst from an organic intermediates stream
● Gases: Filtration of fine particles in nitrogen stream
● Polymers: Removal of gels and black specks in polyethylene, polypropylene, and fluorinated polymers
● Power Generation Plants: Remove iron oxide and other impurities from condensate water
● Food/Beverage: Removal of iron oxides in steam service; removal of pulp from fruit juices
● Oil field injection water filtration: guard filtration of seawater desalination reverse osmosis
● Water: Pure water production; pre-filter of RO membrane; After- filter of sterilizing unit of beverage; high-temp. circulating water filtration in electric power plant; sewage treatment, and so on
● Ozone filtration and after ozone sterilization
