Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy Sintered Wire Mesh With 20um Micron Filter Layer
Sintered wire mesh is made form multiple layers of woven wire mesh panel together using a sinter process. This process combines heat and pressure to permanently bond multi-layers of mesh together. The same physical process used to fuse individual wires together within a layer of wire mesh is also be used to fuse adjacent layers of mesh together. This creates a unique material offering excellent mechanical properties. It is ideal material for purification and filtration. It may be from 5, 6 or 7 layers of wire mesh (5 layers sintered filter wire mesh structure drawing as right picture).
The follow picture shows a sintered wire mesh panel made form five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh combined and sintered together through vacuum sintering, compressing, and rolling, forming a porous sintered wire mesh.

The multi-layer sintered wire mesh is superior to common metal mesh for offering higher durability, strength, hardness and good position of pores. Sintered wire mesh offers high flow rates with average loadings and features adequate cleaning and backwash properties.
With virtually constant and adequate flow resistance and excellent backwash characteristics, the higher pressure loadings can be handled. The sintered wire mesh is fit for stable deaeration filters, nutsche filters, dryers, cleaning baskets, filter drums for quenching systems, aeration parts, pneumatic conveyors and more. The mesh is made from the anti-corrosion materials to ensure the prolong filtration performance at the nominal cost.
