304 316L Stainless Steel 20 30 Micron Sintered Metal Mesh Conical Filter Element
Five-layer sintered wire cloth can be made into different shape filter elements, such as filter tube, conical filter element, filter baskets with handles or no handles, cartridge filters, disc filters, cup filters, cap filters, and filter plate. They are all shaped by moulds through high temperature sintering process, with metallic capacities, such as noise reduction, hot resistance, heat conduction, and high strength. Due to the stainless steel materials, the filter elements has the features of easy to welding and corrosion resistance.

Advantages for Sintered mesh Conical filter element:
1. Strength: As fourth and fifth layers do support, with high mechanical strength and
compressive strength.
2. Easy to clean: As a result of surface of the filter material, having means for
cleaning characteristics, especially suitable for backwashing.
3. Easy processing: suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, drawing, welding and other processes.
4. High temperature: 480 °Ccan withstand high temperatures.
5. Corrosion resistance: As a result of SUS316L, 304 materials, the corrosion resistance.
6. Filtration: Filtration range of 2μm-200μm, has a reliable filter performance.
7. Stability: Because there are two layers to do to protect the screen, plus solid melting
diffusion sintering process which make filters is not easily to deform.

Note: The 6-layers sintered wire mesh is to add 12 mesh to the 5-layer sintered wire mesh. Its thickness is 3.5mm. And it has the higher anti-pressure ability.
