316L 316 Duplex Conical Sintered Filter Element Used In Powder Transport

JUMAO sintered conical filter element can be used for softening, desalination, water filtration and water pre-treatment systems, as well as less-demanding industrial water supply and oil fine filtration equipment. They are primarily used to provide a filtering layer that removes solids suspended in water, oil and adhesive resin.

The sintered conical filter element has a higher-pressure differential across them than other kinds of filters. The load is also distributed unequally, since the flow is directed to the central portion of the filter.

Nonetheless, the low open areas make these conical filter elements very popular for all kinds of industrial applications - as does the simplicity of design.

Specification of sintered conical filter element:

Standard material 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, carbon steel, other material is available
Standard perforation 1/8" diameter holes on 3/16" centers
Standard mesh liners/covers 10 mesh, 20 mesh, 30 mesh, 40 mesh, 60 mesh, 80 mesh, 100 mesh.
For mesh lined strainers, flow direction must be specified
Handle size 1" wide × 4" length
Flange thickness 11 gauge
End connection Water flat faced, raised face, ring joint flanges
Open area the available range in open area of strainer to cross section of pipe is 100% to 300%

Main purpose of sintered conical filter element:
1) Used as dispersion & cooling material in high-temperature environments;
2) Used as gas distribution, liquid fluidized bed plate material;
3) Used as high precision, high reliability and high temperature filter material;
4) Used as high-pressure backwash oil filter.

Example:
1) Precision filtration in a variety of hydraulic oil, lubricants in the machinery industry;
