The Multi-Layer sintered mesh filter elements are made by the multi-layer metal woven wire mesh through the special stromatolithic pressing and vacuum sintering. It is a new filter media with high mechanical strength and monolithic rigid structure. The standard sintered mesh, 5layer Sintered Stainless Steel Wire Mesh consists five layers, the protective layer, the filter layer, the dispersion layer, and two reinforcing layers. It provides excellent performances such as excellent precision and high strength, corrosion and heat resistance, so it is a kind of ideal filter material for applications that high strength and high temperature required.
Sintered Mesh Filter elements include sintered filter discs and sintered filter cylinders.They are fabricated with multilayer stainless steel woven mesh fabric,or sintered together with perforated metal mesh and expanded metal mesh.Our most popular standard sintered mesh filter elements are made of 5 layers sintered wire mesh or 6 layers sintered mesh.
