Description

This burner uses 3D metal fiber fabric with customizable perforation and shape design, which can handle almost all full premixed application scenarios.


1. Low emission. Under reasonable design conditions, almost no CO is produced during the combustion process, and ultra-low NOX emissions of 30mg/m³ can be easily achieved.


2. Energy saving: The full combustion of fuel and the uniform temperature field distribution make the exhaust loss small, and the smooth switching of thermal radiation and convection heat transfer greatly reduce the consumption of gas and electricity.


3. Excellent thermal shock resistance: The surface of the 3D structure is covered with fabric, which still maintains its excellent thermal insulation and flame stabilization performance under repeated thermal shocks.
