IEC60335-2-2 Motorized Cleaning Heads of Water-suction Cleaning Appliances Free Fall Test Apparatus
Equipment introduction:
This feel frall test apparatus for motorized cleaning heads of water-suction cleaning appliances is designed and manufactured according to IEC 60335-2-2: 2019 clause 15.101. It is used to verify that the motorized cleaing heads of water-suction cleaning appliances shall be resistant to liquids that may come into contact with them.
The test times can be preset, and the test equipment will automatically stop when the test times reaches to the setting value. It is easy to operate, with generous appearance.
Test requirements (extracted from IEC 60335-2-2: 2019 clause 15.101):
The motorized cleaning head is subjected to the test Free fall - procedure 1 of IEC 60068-2-31. It is dropped 4000 times from a height of 100 mm onto a steel plate having a thickness of not less than 15 mm. it is dropped
-1000 times on its right side,
-1000 times on its left side,
-1000 times on its front face,
-1000 times on its cleaning surface.

Make the drop moving fixture position up to the highest point by pressing the “START” button, the adjustment method: Preset “0” times, then press the “START” button, the fixture will rise to the highest point. Connect the lower end of the sling with the test sample which is parallel to the base plate, position the height with 100mm height cylinder block under the sample, taut the sling to make it is in a state of tension, clamp the sling device tightly after that, then take away the 100mm height cylinder block.
